YF series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic profile and cross-section cable pipes, aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc. PVC profiles are widely used in the building industry, home and office decoration.
This line features stable plastification, high output, low sheering force, long service and other advantage. The production line consists of control system, conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with alternating-current inverter, imported temperature controller (PKC, Japan). The calibration unit's pump and haul off unit's reducer are famous brand products.
